The Virtual Spa® online at SerenityPathways.com was designed to support women in all cycles of life. It is a private space for a woman to rebalance, refocus, redirect and rechannel the place of inner peace in a short period of time
Originally created to help eliminate burnout in working women, The Virtual Spa® was created to prevent them from becoming part of the rising numbers of women who are divorced, have chronic or debilitating physical health problems, or experience anxiety or depression because of their jobs and life style.
Studies have shown that taking just 10 minutes a day to be “quiet-still” on a regular basis has a huge positive impact on stress, mental physically emotional health and happiness.
As we end the most historic and challenging year any of us have experienced, it is even more important to find that simple elegant path to peace. Change and uncertainty, more social isolation, and less physical support is as stressful as being too busy and overworked.

You’ll find several different methods to calm down your body and mind. When you leave this serenity retreat, you’ll find yourself feel refreshed, rejuvenated and refocused.
A Bit About Bonnie
Bonnie is an expert on numerous practices that specifically reduce stress and anxiety quickly and easily. She has developed a wide variety of techniques, to help clients create space to relax, completely let go and find a sense of peace allowing them to tap into their intuition and find new possibilities that arise in the quiet.
Bonnie Snyder’s experience as a therapist and Life Balance Coach, have shown her that guilt free self-care is not a luxury but a necessity for optimal health, grace, and happiness in life.
Her work with hundreds of people led her to discover the number one problem for her clients was stress. The research is clear – the effects of chronic stress, worry, and overwhelm compromises your immune system and ability to stay healthy.
Her comprehensive approach has benefited both individuals and organizations including Charles Schwab, Fiserv, Florida Hospital (Advent Health), and banking institutions. She also presents the program Heart-Thoughtful Mindfulness for schools, homeschool groups, and parents.
